Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to oversee and support the daily operations related to the rental machinery and equipment. The role requires coordinating with clients, sales teams, and operations to ensure smooth delivery, documentation, and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in equipment rental, machinery rental, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy machinery or construction equipment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Prior experience in the construction, logistics, or industrial sector.
  • Familiarity with rental contract terms and logistics coordination.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment rental and sales (via phone, email, or in person).
  • Prepare and issue rental and sales quotations in coordination with the Manager.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to schedule deliveries, pickups, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Track equipment availability and maintain accurate rental records.
  • Prepare rental contracts, agreements, and required documentation.
  • Follow up on quotations, contracts, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain a database of customers, leads, and rental activities.
  • Liaise with the finance team for invoicing, payments, and credit approvals.
  • Monitor rental durations and communicate with clients for extensions or returns.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing reports and updating sales records.
  • Ensure timely and professional service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
