Elmo servo drives technology (A Bosch Company) enables the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment. Elmo is looking for a motivated Machinery Maintenance to join our team! Responsible for performing real-time repairs on machinery and equipment in the production line, including routine and preventive maintenance tasks. Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment within the production facility. This includes regular servicing, troubleshooting, and real-time fault repairs. Provide quick and efficient support in response to service requests from various production departments. Responsible for calibrating equipment that requires precision and verifying the operational readiness of newly purchased or repaired machinery and instruments. Assist in implementing 5S processes within the company. Write and update maintenance procedures for machinery. Regular use of company IT systems for maintenance tracking and reporting. Order spare parts for machines from suppliers. Requirements Technician/Engineer in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics (or Technician) – mandatory 2-5 years of experience in machine maintenance – mandatory Experience in maintaining SMT lines (preferably SIEMENS/ASM), Selective Soldering Machines, AOI, etc.- an advantage. General experience in maintaining equipment in an electronics manufacturing environment – an advantage. Ability to read electronic schematics – an advantage. Fluent in Hebrew. Fluent in English – speaking, reading, and writing – mandatory. Self-learning ability in troubleshooting and resolving faults. Team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments.

Responsibilities

Perform real-time repairs and oversee routine and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment in the production line. Provide quick support in response to service requests and assist in implementing maintenance procedures.
