You’ll operate and maintain a wide range of machinery - including tractors, trucks, bikes, ATVs, hydraulic excavators, and cultivation, spraying, and harvesting equipment. Beyond machinery, you’ll play a key part in fencing and building repairs, water pipe fixes, and general farm maintenance. You’ll be trusted to work independently, flexibly adapting to changing priorities and a variety of tasks, while always keeping safety, animal welfare, and environmental compliance front of mind. As part of our close-knit team, you’ll help maintain the property and assets, ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely. Daily you’ll be on farms, so you’ll enjoy the variety this brings. You’ll use our job scheduling system (Aroflo) to record completed work, and you’ll stay up to date with all company policies, including animal welfare codes and health and safety standards. Our workshop is dedicated to servicing and repairing farm vehicles and equipment for both internal Pāmu farms and external agricultural businesses.
