We are now seeking an ambitious Machinery Sales Representative to join our team based in Enniscorthy. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a sales professional with a background in agricultural machinery who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving machinery sales, developing new business, and building lasting customer relationships. In addition, they will play a key role in supporting farmers to adopt and implement AFS technologies with ongoing training and development provided in this specialist area.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous sales experience would be preferable but not essential.
  • Familiarity with driving a tractor / using farm machinery is essential
  • An interest in and willingness to build expertise in precision farming systems (AFS), training will be provided.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially focused, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and social media for sales support and customer engagement.
  • Full driving licence required.

    Pay: €30,000.00-€50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of tractors, machinery, and implements, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Take ownership of key accounts and proactively identify new business opportunities in the region.
  • Provide guidance and support on advanced farming systems (AFS), helping customers to integrate precision agriculture into their operations.
  • Represent the dealership at industry events, open days, and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure exceptional customer support and aftersales care.
  • Contribute to the dealership’s growth strategy with input on sales, marketing, and product positioning. * Maintain a sales diary on our CRM system.
