FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

• Undergo traineeship on review of marine construction, equipment of drawings / documents, according to applicable rules, regulations.
• Perform review work under supervision.
• Communicate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Support and provide technical advice to clients, in consultation with senior engineers.
• Liaise with department administrator on quotation and invoicing matters.
• Attend all scheduled trainings (locally and overseas) and ultimately achieving specified delegations as agreed in Performance Management Process.
• Keep up to date with new rules, regulations and technical information or process disseminated through internal communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree qualified in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or equivalent with minimum 2 – 3 years working experience in Marine and Offshore related field.
• Sufficient knowledge within area of specialization: Hull, Machinery, Electrical / Automation, Safety, Stability / TLO.
