The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC and manual machining equipment to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Set up, operate, and monitor CNC and manual machining equipment. * Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders. * Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications. * Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues. * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. * Document production activities and maintain accurate records. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience operating CNC or manual machining equipment preferred. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. * Strong attention to detail and quality focus. * Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude. * Ability to work 2nd shift hours reliably. * Basic math skills and ability to use measuring instruments.
