You’ll be trusted to make decisions, solve problems as they arise, and collaborate closely with engineers and teammates, always putting the success of the team and the mission ahead of individual convenience. What you'll do Set up and run CNC mills and lathes for low- to medium-volume, high-precision parts Perform first-article inspections and make on-the-fly adjustments to hit tight tolerances Operate manual mills and lathes as needed for prototyping, rework, and fixturing Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process plans Own part quality from setup through final inspection Qualifications Proven experience setting up and running CNC mills and lathes Strong background operating manual mills and lathes Ability to work independently and take full ownership of parts and schedules Preferred Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing Comfort working in a rapid-iteration, high-expectation environment Programming ability Candidates only, no recruiters or agencies please.
