• Requires bending, stretching, squatting, and climbing to access various components and machinery.

• Set up and operate manual machining equipment including mills, lathes, and surface grinders.
• Design and build precision tooling for punch presses, end formers, speed lathes, and wire bending fixtures.
• Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, work instructions, and specifications with tight tolerances.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of production equipment.
• Partner with quality and production teams to investigate non-conformances and improve process reliability.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by optimizing setups and sourcing alternatives for tooling and consumables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements in manufacturability and tooling design.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards across all job functions.
