Description A&A Machine & Fabrication specializes in the manufacture of LDPE High Pressure Piping, Pressure Vessels, Standard Piping, Syngas Burners and Process Skids. A&A is also a full service Machining facility, providing both Manual and CNC capabilities for the Petrochemical Industry. Responsible for operating machine tools to produce precision metal parts. Produces small batches or large quantities of metal parts. Ensure products meet precise specifications Requirements Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, turning, milling etc. Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines. Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications. Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts. Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly. Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality. Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling for Lathe and Mills Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings. Mechanical aptitude and good math skills A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach Good communication abilities Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: This position is required to have manual dexterity and the ability to maneuver parts in a rotating machine; this includes but is not limited to twisting, turning, bending, and stooping. This position stands for 8+ hours a day; lifting and rotating 25 lbs on a continual basis.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC machine tools to produce precision metal parts for the petrochemical industry. This includes preparing raw materials, supervising machine cycles, and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
