Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on machining experience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet production goals. Requirements At least 4+ (four) or more years’ experience in CNC machining & manual machining on a variety of machines At least 4+ (four) or more years’ experience navigating CNC controls including OSP, Fanuc, Haas controls. Strong math skills, especially in geometry and basic algebra. Must be familiar with machining ferrous, non-ferrous, and synthetic materials and alloys. Hands-on mechanical aptitude and appreciation for building and working with materials in a high-level environment. Must be familiar with identifying, developing, and performing required daily/weekly/monthly/semi-annual and annual maintenance on all machining equipment. Motivated to learn and grow within the field of advanced manufacturing technologies. Prior experience using inspection and metrology tools/equipment. Strong organization and communication skills. (ERP, QMS, Microsoft Suite preferred). Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems. Strong clerical skills, including inventory tracking, production scheduling, and time management. High School Diploma or GED required. Any relevant technical or industry certification preferred.
