Description

Responsibilities Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine machining requirements. Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished products for accuracy, defects, and compliance with specifications. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to meet production goals. Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining preferred. 2–5 years of experience in machining or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CNC programming, machine setup, and operation. Strong understanding of materials, machining processes, and safety standards. Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and time management.
