REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on machining experience (not including school).
• Experience running mills, lathes, and line boring setups.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to produce high-quality work.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site for mobile jobs.
• Welding skills are an asset but not required.

• Perform repair and custom one-off machining jobs with precision and efficiency.
• Operate and maintain mills, lathes, and line boring setups.
• Assist with mobile repair work as needed.
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to complete unique and challenging projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and adapt to unique repair and fabrication situations.
