JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Aerospace Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Setup and operation of Manual machines with a willingness to learn /background in CNC machines in an aerospace or high-precision environment, a strong understanding of technical drawings, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for producing complex aerospace components according to exact specifications and maintaining tight tolerances. and ensuring that parts are produced to the required specifications, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED , technical certification or trade school preferred.
  • Minimum [5+] years of machine shop experience .
  • Ability to interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with aerospace standards and quality control processes (AS9100, NADCAP, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.Set up and operate manual mills and lathes.
  • Willingness to learn set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, OD Grinders to manufacture aerospace components.
  • Read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
  • Perform part inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMMs, etc.).
  • Adjust machine settings and offsets to maintain tolerance and quality standards.
  • Monitor machine operations and perform routine maintenance or troubleshooting as needed.
  • Maintain documentation for production and inspection according to AS9100 / ISO standards.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, quality inspectors, and team members to resolve machining issues.
