JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our dynamic repair team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with manual machines . As well as proficiency in operating various machining equipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to producing high-quality repairs, excellent workmanship with great attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a machinist or in a similar repair role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machining equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
• Experience with welding is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Operate manual lathe and milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members in assembly processes, utilizing hand tools and power tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate forklifts safely for the movement of materials within the facility.
