Responsibilities: * Set up and operate 3+ axis CNC mills using CAMWorks or Mastercam software to produce high-quality components. * Conduct machine setups for various production runs, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. * Perform routine maintenance and inspections on CNC equipment to maintain reliability and precision. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve product quality. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of CNC tooling and machining processes. * Demonstrated ability to set up machines effectively for production runs.Proficiency in operating 3+ axis CNC mills. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus. You should be proficient in: * CNC Tooling * Industrial Robot Programming * Machine Setups for Production Runs Machines & technologies you'll use: * CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
