• Work as part of a team with the technical group and engineering to develop new parts or improve existing ones;
• Read and interpret technical plans and drawings;
• Validate and/or determine part assembly (choice of flanges, mandrel, etc.);
• Select and assemble the tooling required according to the particularities of each part;
• Carry out safe assembly of the part;
• Analyze and read different types of programming: G codes, M codes, Mazatrol, etc.
• Transfer programs to the machine tool controller;
• Optimize cutting parameters and adjust off-set if necessary.
• Carry out required tests and manufacture FAI parts according to customer requirements and specifications, and complete documentation to make any necessary adjustments to produce parts that meet customer needs.
• Machine the initial part and check dimensions using the appropriate measuring instruments, and make the necessary adjustments to produce quality parts.
