We are looking for a seasoned and highly motivated associate-level Macro Trade Support specialist to join our dynamic support team for the Fixed Income and Commodities trading desks. This strategic role is crucial in overseeing the complete trade support lifecycle, optimizing processes, and managing a dedicated team of trade support analysts. As a senior member of the team, you will not only play a pivotal role in operational excellence but also serve as a mentor to junior colleagues, fostering their professional development.

• Lead complex initiatives, including spearheading change management for new flows and products within the trading environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for trading management regarding trade capture, P&L, and operational risk topics, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of issues.
• Supervise and validate trade bookings, amendments, and exception handling to guarantee the timely and accurate representation of trading books.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in collaboration with technology support teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with trading, sales, risk, compliance, and operations teams to resolve complex issues and support new business initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to internal control frameworks among team members, and contribute to internal audits and regulatory deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, instilling a culture of ownership, precision, and continuous improvement within the team.
  The salary range for this position will be between $105,00 - $120,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
