Job Responsibilities: 一、岗位基本信息岗位名称：金相理化工程师所属部门：质量保证部汇报关系：直接上级岗位：金相主管直接下级岗位：无二、任职资格教育程度：全日制本科及以上学历工作经验：机械制造行业材料分析相关岗位3年以上工作经验专业技能要求：熟悉变速器相关材料特质，熟悉机械产品热处理工艺及材料相关知识、机械公差与配合，熟悉质量管理体系及质量管理相关知识，了解各种金相检测设备的的工作及使用原理，并熟练使用office办公软件能力要求：具备良好的沟通技能、较强的组织与协调能力、较强的团队管理与团队合作能力，工作严谨细致，思维敏捷、活跃，善于学习、该岗位人员上岗2年内能获得国家对应岗位证书其他特殊要求：工作细致，求真务实，有较强的责任心、诚信；具有良好的团队合作精神 *如有相关工作经验或者表现优异，或应届毕业生表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽四、主要岗位职责．设备维护和验收 1）支持金相理化员执行设备维护计划 2）依照公司标准验收新设备支持计量工程师进行计量器的维护和校准 2. 过程指导 1）协助主管为金相理化检测确定操作指导书 2）给所有的金相理化员、金属材料分析员培训 3．金相的化学和物理分析（金相结构，X射线应力化学成分，硬度，热处理，焊接质量等） 1）支持金相理化员、金属材料分析员的日常工作，特别是要关注技术方面的问题 2）为不合格品提供技术分析支持 3）提供在制造过程中发现的不合格品的热处理方面的技术支持 4．清洁度检查 1）支持金相理化员执行清洁度检测 2）发现清洁度方面的不合格品时，提供支持 5．遵守与执行体系要求 1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求 2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作 3）需要满足Mafact新条款涉及到的相关职责要求 6．领导交办的其他业务 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
