Job Responsibilities: 一、岗位基本信息岗位名称：过程质量工程师所属部门：质量保证部-质量管理科-过程质量组汇报关系：直接上级岗位：过程质量主管直接下级岗位：无二、任职资格教育程度： 1、本科及以上学历； 2、工科专业，机械、汽车类专业优先； 3、工作经历优先可适当放宽条件工作经验：至少3年工作经验，1年以上汽车行业质量管理方面工作经验专业技能要求： 1、理解公司质量体系； 2、熟悉制造工艺，特别是齿轮加工及齿轮箱装配 3、掌握质量工具知识，熟悉几何尺寸&形位公差，熟练掌握8D ； 4、分析变速箱失效的技术能力；能力要求：具备较强的质量管理能力，较强的组织、协调能力及沟通能力等,熟悉公司的工艺流程、变速器及零件的工作原理其他特殊要求： *如有相关工作经验或者表现优异，或应届毕业生表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽四、主要岗位职责．过程质量：负责并组织相关区域FTQ/不合格品问题的处理；组织FTQ/不合格品评审；与SQM，进货检验一同协调影响管理区域的外购件质量问题的处理；负责并组织针对质量问题的围堵和纠正措施的实施；参与提高下线质量水平，支持NVH和换挡性能的下线评审；通过培训和审核，确保SPC的正确实施； 7）确保问题解决会议上讨论的ICA和PCA的有效和持续实施；．过程审核/产品审核：审核管理区域，作为LPA审核系统的一部分；确保ICA/PCA清单是最新状态，并作为主管的日常检查表；负责工厂装配/机加区域的过程审核；审核产品/过程审核的月度计划和年度计划实施；参与工厂质量的年度过程审核；跟进不同层面的过程审核中问题点的纠正措施的有效实施； 3．新项目：参与新项目装配方面的PFMEA的评审；签署本职责范围内的新项目装配区域FMEA和控制计划 ,参与LRR评审/会议；按新项目要求组织过程审核及全尺寸检测，并提供审核报告和新产品检测报告和Ppk；协助新购设备的验收； 4．快反及问题解决小组：支持日常快反会议； 2）参与8D或者六西格玛问题解决小组； 3）负责对过程质量进行评估； 5．过程变更：负责装配区域过程和产品变更的质量评估； 2）参与过程和设计变更的FMEA评审；评审装配区域过程/产品变更的控制计划； 6 ．过程控制： 1）按体系要求组织对制造过程中发现的不合格品进行评审； 2）对不合格品处理情况进行确认； 3）组织对SPC未达标项目的CCAR确认及改进状态跟进； 7.0公里及售后问题解决： 1）与驻场工程师一起处理客户方出现的质量问题。 2）负责解决客户的质量问题，并编制8D报告 3）与客户合作，共同推进内部流程的优化改进。 8. 体系管理：参与过程控制体系文件的编制；遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求负责本业务范围的质量管理体系、EHS管理体系工作 4、参与维护、监督质量体系和环境管理体系的运行管理，确保质量环境管理体系在组织内有效的运行；负责公司内审及外部审核中的陪审、跟踪涉及的装配质量管理方面的CCAR改进情况 9．领导交办的其他业务 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
