Job Responsibilities: 一、岗位基本信息 岗位名称: 过程质量主管 所属部门: 质量保证部-质量管理科-过程质量组 汇报关系: 直接上级岗位:质量经理 直接下级岗位: 过程质量工程师 二、任职资格 教育程度: 本科及以上学历,英语能作为工作语言; 工科专业,机械、汽车类专业优先; 工作经验: 5年以上质量管理及客户质量方面工作经验 ; 具备出色的人际交往能力,能够有效地与团队成员沟通并带领团队; 具备解决问题的能力以及基本的统计技术知识; 有过大众工作或大众客户管理经验优先。 专业技能要求: 1、 理解公司质量体系 2、掌握制造流程和流程控制知识 3、掌握质量工具知识,熟练掌握8D 4、分析变速箱失效的技术能力 5、熟悉使用办公软件及统计软件 能力要求: 1、熟悉公司的工艺流程、变速器及零件的工作原理; 2、具备较强的质量管理能力,较强的组织、协调能力及沟通能力等。 其他特殊要求: *如有相关工作经验或者表现优异,以上任职资格要求可适当放宽 四、主要岗位职责 .过程质量保证: 1)在工厂的所有运营领域中,实施以数据为依据、注重统计分析的、积极主动的、以客户为中心的质量管理体系。通过这种方式,我们可以确保零客户投诉,并持续降低因产品质量问题而产生的成本。 2)对在生产线/机器停机、重新定位或维护后恢复运行的生产线进行充分的验证 3)进行废料分析,并编制月度废料报告,推动采取纠正/改进措施,以保持良好的COPQ指标 4)定期编制CPK报告,并针对不合格的工艺能力提出相应的改进措施 5)在制造过程中正确实施了SPC/MSA标准 .过程管理: 负责并组织管理区域FTQ/不合格品问题的处理; 参加FTQ评审/会议; 与SQM,进货检验一同协调影响区域的外购件质量问题的处理; 负责并组织针对质量问题的围堵和纠正措施的实施 ; 参与提高下线质量水平,支持NVH和换挡性能的下线评审 ; 通过培训和审核,确保SPC的正确实施 ; 参与本职工作范围内与装配有关的问题解决会议; 8)确保问题解决会议上讨论的ICA和PCA的有效和持续实施; 3.过程审核/产品审核: 审核管辖区域,作为LPA审核系统的一部分; 参与解决快反会议上的问题,采取过程识别的措施; 负责工厂管辖的过程审核; 审核产品/过程审核的月度计划和年度计划; 参与工厂质量的年度过程审核; 跟进不同层面的过程审核中问题点的纠正措施的有效实施 ; 4. 新项目: 1)参与新项目的PFMEA的评审 ; 2)签署本职责范围内的新项目FMEA和控制计划 ,参与LRR评审/会议 ; 按新项目要求组织过程审核及全尺寸检测,并提供审核报告和新产品检测报告和Ppk;协助新购设备的验收; 快反及问题解决小组: 1)支持日常快反活动 ; 2)参与8D或者六西格玛问题解决小组; 6.过程变更: 负责过程和产品变更的质量评估; 参与过程和设计变更的FMEA评审; 评审过程/产品变更的控制计划; 7.0公里及售后问题解决: 1)与驻场工程师一起处理客户方出现的质量问题。 2)负责解决客户的质量问题,并编制8D报告 3)与客户合作,共同推进内部流程的优化改进。 8.体系管理 1)参与过程控制体系文件的编制; 2)遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求 3)负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作 9.领导交办的其他业务 1)建立一支积极性高、能力出众且技术娴熟的质量管理团队,明确各岗位的职责,避免职责重叠; 2)通过制定基于技能的培训计划、制定备用方案以及进行继任规划,将组织绩效维持在最佳水平; 3)组织并对一线检验员/团队领导进行培训,以确保他们具备所需的能力。 10.领导交办的其他业务 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
