Job Responsibilities: 一、岗位基本信息岗位名称：生产计划员所属部门：计划物流部汇报关系：直接上级岗位：生产主管直接下级岗位：无二、任职资格教育程度：大专以上学历，机械制造、生产管理等相关专业工作经验：应具有生产管理2年以上工作经验专业技能要求：熟悉机械加工、产品工艺、精益制造、物流管理等相关知识能力要求： 1）认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关环境保护、安全生产法规和政策。 2）严格执行安全环境管理制度，安全操作规程，遵章守纪，防止发生事故。 3）主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改 4）积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动，提出合理化建议其他特殊要求： *如有相关工作经验或者表现优异，或应届毕业生表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽四、主要岗位职责．生产流程优化及资源规划 1）按主生产计划量产N+5滚动需求预测，规划以最精益的生产理念，以最优成本保证交付；同时评估生产所需的人员、设备产能、物料、物流器具等资源，确保资源的合理配置和高效利用 2）新产品投产：参与新产品的投产，规划精益的生产流程和资源需求 3）持续改进：推动生产部门的持续改进活动，提高生产效率和生产性物料周转次数．生产计划编制与控制 1）按主生产计划要求编制当月自制件分解计划、机加外协计划和装配计划，监督和协调从投料至总成装配结束全过程的生产事宜 2）以Mafact精益理念，实施拉动生产，以最优成本保证交付．协调车间生产监督与检查各生产车间生产计划的完成情况，及时发现与上报相关问题，并提出解决建议、方案及其他相关支持，确保生产目标按时按量完成组织各车间之间的内部产品的工序协作，并管理外部委托加工产品，以确保生产的顺畅开展 4．生产物料管理与生产准备协调物料配送投料和车间生产进度实施新零件在生产线的切换并维护系统实际生产生效时间协调各生产车间实施新项目投产计划,确保按项目节点完成组织物料工程变更切换有效实施 5．在制品库存控制执行产成品安全库存的库存控制目标并监控实施结果执行在制品数量库存控制目标并监控实施结果 6．遵守与执行体系要求遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作 7．领导交办的其他业务 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
