CLIENT & EMPLOYER RELATIONS

• Engage with prospective employers to understand household requirements and recommend suitable candidates.
• Present helper biodata, arrange interviews, and guide employers throughout the hiring process.
• Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure smooth placement and satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in maid agency operations, with a strong background in overseas sourcing .
• Familiar with MOM rules and regulations on hiring foreign domestic workers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, plus knowledge of Bahasa/Tagalog/Myanmar language is an advantage).
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
