Talentworld is currently recruiting a Mail Clerk I on behalf of our respected financial client. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a structured, professional environment supporting critical document storage and digitization processes.
TalentWorld is recruiting Mail Clerk I in Kelowna, BC for one of our clients.

Mail Clerk I Job Responsibilities:

  • Report daily to the assigned retail branch to support document filing and digitization activities.
  • Prepare paper documents stored in the branch for high-quality scanning and digital filing.
  • Operate Ricoh copier/scanner to scan documents to digital format.
  • Review and verify digitally stored documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to business requirements.
  • Maintain and organize physical document files and ensure secure storage.
  • Provide timely daily and weekly status updates to management teams via email or phone.
  • Stay flexible and responsive to evolving business needs or shifting priorities.
  • Proactively identify and communicate issues, risks, or items of interest to the appropriate teams.

Mail Clerk I Job Qualifications:

  • Prior 2-3 years of experience with document filing and handling is an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • Comfortable using basic office equipment including photocopiers and scanners.

Employment Details:

  • Salary: $17.92 an hour
  • Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, On-site
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm EST
  • Duration: 2 months of contract
  • Location: Kelowna, BC
