TFS currently has a 12-month contract opportunity, reporting to the Manager, Contract Funding. This role resides in our Markham Head Office.

What you will be doing:

  • Mailroom & Print OperationsSupport daily printing and distribution of high-volume documents including invoices, reports, and approval letters. Prepare and process outgoing mail using inserter and postage equipment.
  • Courier & Postal HandlingReceive, sort, and route incoming Purolator and Canada Post deliveries. Ensure cheques and documents are directed to the appropriate departments and maintain tracking logs.
  • Document Imaging & Administrative SupportProcess funding-related documents by printing, imaging, and indexing. Respond to internal requests and assist with locating and organizing documents across departments.

What you bring:

  • Previous office experience an asset
  • A demonstrated willingness to take on a variety of new administrative functions
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and management time effectively
  • Reliable, hard-working and punctual
  • Must be available to work in the office 5 days a week, between the hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
