Mail Clerk Application Deadline: 6 March 2026 Department: Federal Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Brooklyn, NY Compensation: $17 / year Description Experience with Government contracts or large-scale operational support environments. Familiarity with inventory management of Government Furnished Property (GFP). Prior background in quality control, facility oversight, or logistical coordination. Responsibilities: Deliver messages, documents, packages, and mail to internal departments and Government offices. Sort, open, and process incoming and outgoing mail. Obtain signatures for delivered items and maintain accurate delivery logs. Conduct internal errands such as mail transport within the facility. Support general operational efficiency through additional duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions proficiently in English. Ability to lift and carry 45 lbs. or more and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching. Strong reliability, attention to detail, and comfort working independently.
