BFC, a trusted provider of print and fulfillment solutions, is a family-owned company now in our 50th year of business! We currently seek a skilled Pitnew-Bowes Inserter Operator to join our 1st shift Mailroom team. In this role you’ll be involved in the set-up, operation, and troubleshooting of our Pitney-Bowes inserting equipment, specifically the Rival and FTS Flowmaster models.
Main Responsibilities:
· Operate Pitney-Bowes high-speed inserting machines, Rival and FTS Flowmaster models.
· Set up, adjust, and maintain inserters for accurate, high-quality output
· Perform routine machine checks and minor troubleshooting
· Ensure accuracy to meet company’s quality standards and customer expectations
· Work collaboratively with other operators and team members to ensure timely and accurate insertion for mailing
Position requires:
· Prior experience operating Pitney-Bowes inserters, specifically the Rival and FTS Flowmaster models
· Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
· Ability to stand for long periods of time
· Involves bending, twisting, stooping and lifting up to 60 lbs as necessary.
· We seek energetic, motivated people with attention to detail and a good attendance record to be considered for this role.
· Basic computer skills are valuable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
