Schedule: Monday–Friday 12:30PM-9:00PM What you will do: Prepare and coordinate mail projects for insertion and fulfillment Operate high-speed Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting machines using barcode scanning and camera validation Read and follow detailed job instructions to ensure correct materials, counts, and setup Perform quality checks to verify job accuracy and USPS compliance Sort, tray, and palletize mail according to USPS regulations Apply and reconcile correct postage for each job, including international mail Monitor equipment performance and perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain accurate daily documentation, including QC logs and USPS reports Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs) Assist with other production activities as needed (hand inserting, cross-training, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized work area Support additional duties as assigned by leadership What we are looking for We’re looking for reliable team members who are ready to learn and take pride in their work.
