POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a reliable Pharmacy Technician to join a specialized mail order pharmacy focusing on diabetic medical supplies. This role involves handling boxed products such as continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumpsno traditional medication dispensing. The volume averages around 20 orders per day, but each requires careful preparation and packaging.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active California Pharmacy Technician license
• Minimum 2 years of prior pharmacy experience

• Process and fulfill prescription requests with accuracy
• Verify incoming prescriptions and refill orders for completeness
• Provide professional customer service over the phone
• Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure security of all items
• Perform counting, labeling, and packaging of products as needed
