High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
  • Sorting of mail and courier packages, office supplies, and interoffice mail.
  • Distribution of mail, courier packages and printing projects throughout the customer’s site
  • Picking up interoffice mail, outgoing mail and courier packages, and shredding bins from various locations on campus.
  • Receiving courier packages and large shipments on the receiving dock
  • Delivery of large shipments on campus
  • Driving company vehicles for pickup and deliveries.
  • Scan and record deliveries in a receiving log and on a sign out sheet.
  • Interact and co-operate with mailroom staff and the customer staff throughout the day.
