  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Is reliable, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of key tasks
Responsibilities

As Mailroom Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Organising and filing documents accurately
  • Distributing mail and correspondence to the correct departments/individuals
  • Handling ad-hoc office support tasks and odd jobs as needed
  • Playing a key part in keeping the office running smoothly

The role will also include training to become a Fire Marshal. If you are already qualified, that will be a distinct advantage.
