Job Description Mail Clerk Marlborough, MA 01752 3 Month (Temp to Perm) Mon-Fri, 8AM- 5PM Qualifications Provides on-site operational support across mailroom, document services, and facility functions. The role includes high-volume copying, scanning, mail handling, shipping/receiving, and customer service. Requires working with office equipment and software while performing physically active tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting. Responsibilities Operate high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, and document imaging systems; perform binding and finishing Handle document imaging software, file opening/saving/transferring, and document management systems Perform daily mail runs; sort, distribute, and process incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and shipments (FedEx/DHL) Provide customer service at service window; respond to job requests and status inquiries Maintain and troubleshoot equipment (clear jams, inspect quality, report issues) Track meter readings, service logs, inventory, and basic billing records Ship and receive materials; manage supplies and distribution Deliver completed work and supplies within and between buildings Perform filing, archiving, and document purging as needed Support meeting/conference room setup and light building maintenance (moves, re-lamping, basic cleaning) Use bindery and finishing tools (paper cutter, hole punch, shrink-wrap, staplers, etc.) Coordinate service calls and maintain clean, stocked work areas Work occasional overtime, including evenings/weekends if required Requirements High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years of related experience preferred Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Basic PC skills including MS Office and email systems Ability to operate office machinery and technical equipment Basic math and filing skills; ability to follow established protocols Capable of lifting up to 50–55 lbs and performing physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, reaching) Ability to move/push equipment on wheels and travel between buildings if needed Additional Information lifting or moving items weighing up to 50-55 lbs. Compensation: USD 20.00 - USD 20.00 - hourly
