Mailroom Processing Associate Employment Type: Full-Time Onsite Pay Rate: $ 20.00 per hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm Location: Jacksonville, FL About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mailroom Processing Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our daily operations by handling mail processing tasks, maintaining workspace organization, and ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. Paid training is provided, and all employees receive a comprehensive benefits package starting on Day 1. Key Responsibilities: * Perform data entry tasks and navigate computer systems as required * Process, sort, and handle incoming/outgoing mail * Maintain compliance with the required clean desk policy, at all times. * Operate standard office and mailroom equipment * Accurately complete repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail * Lift and carry mail trays or boxes weighing up to 10–20 lbs. as needed * Maintain productivity and performance goals * Support general office and production tasks assigned Benefits: * Full Time Employment * Salary is $20.00 per hour. * Career Growth Opportunities * Full Benefit Options from Day One! * 401K Options * Great Work Environment Requirements: * IMPORTANT: Must be comfortable adhering to a strict clean desk policy * Must be able to clear required criminal background check and drug screening * Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) * Must be 18 years of age or older * Basic computer literacy (opening files, navigating desktop environments, typing/data entry) * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity * Comfortable working in an office or production/mailroom environment * Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks * Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 20 lbs. as needed * Must be eligible to work in the United States. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
