Fasten or assemble light and medium size parts and make wire connections Operate electrical, hydraulic and air activated hand tools Work in a team environment embedded in lean manufacturing methodology Perform other tasks or duties as assigned by area Supervisor or Department Manager Your responsibilities will include Ability to continuously stand or walk during shift High School Diploma/GED At least 18 years old Strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Effective communication skills 1+ years experience in a continuous improvement environment [ACTION REQUIRED - DO NOT POST AS IS]Describe what is absolutely required for the role, meaning that the candidate cannot be hired if they do not have these requirements.
