Job Summary: As a Main Line Technician at Florence Toyota, you will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks on vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Diagnostics: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles. Repairs and Maintenance: Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including engine repairs, transmission work, brake services, and suspension repairs. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work performed meets dealership and industry standards for quality and safety. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and repairs completed in the dealership management system. Customer Communication: Explain repair needs and recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner, addressing any questions or concerns. Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and development.
