Description

Alliance Integrated Marketing Services is seeking a highly motivated, community-minded professional to join our team as a Maine Regional Manager. This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful event marketing initiatives and manage sponsorship activations at major sporting events, fairs, festivals, and community venues across the region.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in event marketing, staff management, and client relations, along with a passion for delivering engaging, high-quality experiences to diverse audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in event marketing and management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event marketing, sponsorship activation, or related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (25% or more, higher during peak season).
  • Proficient in traditional office software and administrative processes.
  • Sales experience or the ability to engage and influence audiences is strongly preferred
  • Coaching background is a plus.
  • Law Enforcement background is a plus.
  • Educator experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee regional sponsorship activations, ensuring client contracts and deliverables are met.
  • Manage, train, and support a team of event coordinators and event staff.
  • Coordinate with venue managers, school leadership, and sponsor partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and event venues.
  • Recruit and onboard new event staff and interns.
  • Prepare professional post-event recaps, highlighting impact and key outcomes.
  • Serve as an on-site resource for staff during events.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify new partnership opportunities and expand regional reach.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to upper management.
