This is Director position that manages and optimizes technical infrastructure and ensures the seamless operation of IT systems to support business needs effectively. Installation and upgrade of Mainframe Automation products and tools( OPS/MVS + Tivoli SA). Analyze and implement automation requests. Develop new automation procedures for daily/routine tasks. Develop simple, sustainable and repeatable solutions for automation requests> Perform problem determination for automation issues. At least 4+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. Working knowledge of automation tools - OPSMVS, Tivoli SAo. Experience in message suppression and automation of message response. REXX, CLIST and JCL coding. Incident, Problem and Change Management. Experience in automating multi-image environments. Experience in customizing Status Display Facility. Additional requirements Provide rotating On-call support. Provide off-hour support as necessary.
