Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. Required Technical and Professional Expertise: +10 years of experience in a technical mainframe role Install, configure, and maintain z/OS operating systems and associated subsystems. Monitor and troubleshoot z/OS environments, ensuring high performance and reliability. Apply patches, fixes, and updates to the z/OS environment in a timely manner. Coordinate and support system performance tuning, ensuring optimal system operation. Collaborate with network, storage, and application teams to resolve issues and improve system efficiency. Document system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide support during system migrations, upgrades, and system integrations. Manage disaster recovery planning and execution for z/OS systems. Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex system-level issues.
