Job Description Role : Mainframe Production Support Senior Software Engineer Experience:2-4 Years Location: Noida Shift:24/7 Rotational Responsible for Production support, bug fixing and deliver assigned tasks as per predefined timelines and quality standards. Must have working knowledge on: COBOL, JCL, Job spool, File and Abend handling Monitor and support the batch Work on the resolution of assigned batch tickets Analysis and reporting of possible batch incidents Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports Participate in implementation activities Ability to multi-tasking and proactive learning Should be willing to work in 24 * 7 rotational Europe/India shift. Good to have skills: Awareness of planner applications or job schedulers like control-M Awareness of mainframe abends Awareness of DB2 database Awareness of Incident/Problem management tools (Jira, Service now, Confluence or any other tool etc.) Qualifications B.E./ B.Tech.
