We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist In this role, you will: • Need to work as Mainframe Support resource on a project consisting of Support, Development and Maintenance functionalities. Apart from daily Support work during day hours, there would also be on-Call Support activity in night on Rotational-Basis (frequency one week in two months). • Will be working as a Mainframe Support Engineer for a team working on Master Data. • He/she will be responsible for end-to-end Support activities. • He/she will be responsible for all operational SLA/ Timelines for various Incidents and support activities. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: • Should have 8 to 12 years of experience on Mainframe Support/Development. • Prior experience on Master Data would be added advantage. • Experience in analyzing and working on Cobol programs. • Knowledge of the JCLs and PROCs • Knowledge on various IBM Utilities used in JCL. • JOB Abends analysis and resolution steps to be followed. • Knowledge of German language basics would be added advantage. • Knowledge of database DB2 (individual objects, qualifier, etc.) • Knowledge of IBM tools Platinum CA database management solutions • Knowledge on creating and handling Temporary Tables • Knowledge of Navigation in Beta 92/93, Recall of archived outputs. • Require Good Communication skills. • Good knowledge on Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point • Good to have basics of JAVA Springboot.
