Description Syqe is a med-tech company developing technologies that enable the precise delivery of a wide range of therapeutic molecules by inhalation. Utilizing its breakthrough technology, Syqe aims to relieve the suffering of as many patients as possible in the fastest possible way. We are seeking a skilled calibration and maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate calibration and proper medical (and pharma) equipment maintenance to meet regulatory requirements and maintain operational efficiency. Responsibilities Full end-to-end responsibility for all equipment maintenance and calibration activities in TBR production lines, including: Ongoing Maintenance and Calibration – Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations, including hands-on work; coordinate service or calibration activities with external vendors. Documentation and Control - Ensure calibration, maintenance, and equipment mapping are documented in accordance with defined plans, quality standards (ISO17025), and regulatory requirements. New Equipment Implementation – Implement structured maintenance and calibration plans for new equipment integration. Work with cross-functional teams, such as Lab, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and R&D, to validate equipment, ensure ongoing functionality, and support qualification activities. Laboratory facility management Maintenance of Laboratory infrastructure systems, such as air conditioning, electricity, water, air pressure & compressors, etc. Providing maintenance and calibration support for laboratory equipment, systems, or workstations Maintenance of office air conditioning (Hands-on or coordination of external contractors) Requirements Associate degree or equivalent technical certification in biomedical engineering, electronics, or related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in calibration and maintenance. Experience with medical equipment - an advantage. Experience in the Maintenance of office infrastructure systems (such as air conditioning, electricity, water, compressor) Proficiency in using calibration tools and equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze technical problems to identify root causes. Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations and ISO standards, related to calibration and maintenance of medical devices - an advantage. Experience working with external calibration companies such as QCC Hazorea (Maba), etc. - an advantage. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in ERP systems (such as Priority) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) ** This position requires weekly travel to the site in the north (once a week) **
