We are NOW HIRING a Maintenance Technician for our store in Atlanta. If you are highly skilled and reliable, this is the job for you! This is a full-time position. The pay rate is $20 per hour. The duties and responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance and repairs onsite and on off-site properties * Troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and general facilities * Handle minor carpentry, painting, patching, and fixtures * Ensure the sales floor, offices, external and off-site areas remain safe and clean * Daily mopping and vacuum and cleaning duties * Coordinate with outside vendors when specialized repairs are needed * Assist with small renovation or improvement projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications: * 2 + years’ experience in general maintenance, facilities or related trade * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems * Ability to lift 50+ LBS and perform hands-on physical tasks * Reliable, punctual and able to work independently Benefits Include: * 80 Hours of PTO * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * Disability Insurance Standard Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:30pm
