Description

The Maintenance role supports facility, automated warehouse, & maintenance operation support to repair efforts. Perform duties to maintain service, repair and troubleshoot the facility's roof, grounds and building equipment. Team member will be responsible for mechanical repairs, plumbing, compressed air system, sheet metal fabrication, painting, roof drains, ladders, relocation of equipment & office furniture and assist with renovation work. Work with outside contractors. Work from verbal instructions, work orders and drawings. Require the use or woodworking, metal working equipment, measuring and leveling tools, anchoring systems, basic plumbing, small hand & power tools, ladders & scissors lifts, automobile/truck operation(onsite & off), fork lift operation, floor scrubber, light janitorial duties, oversee trash & cardboard compactors operation, hot work fire watch duties and the use of furniture moving equipment. Ability to work with robotics and conduct preventative maintenance on the autostore machineries Responsible for the quality of own work. Work in a team based environment to meet Bussmann business objectives. Certified Fork Lift operator Must have one (1) year experience in general Building maintenance No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. One year experience in Painting, Plumbing, and/or Mechanical repairs. Experience working with HVAC Experience working with cars/mechanical As identified by facility environmental training matrix.
