Maintenance: Full Time Pay Rate: $21/hour Days: Monday – Friday (weekends and on call required) Times: 7am – 3:30pm   Qualifications: * Basic plumbing:  the ability to troubleshoot a leaky faucet, toilet, urinal, and know what to do for a repair.  * Basic electrical: the ability to troubleshoot why a classroom has no power, finding tripped breakers, safely changing a broken outlet. * Basic woodworking: the ability to fix a broken door frame or cabinet door, fix a broken table leg, repair the molding/lattice on a classroom door.  * The ability to think outside the box for a solution to a problem.  * Basic Boiler knowledge is a plus.
