The Maintenance PERSON troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC and related equipment as assigned, and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost effective manner. Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
