For this role we offer a base pay of $24.04 - 31.25 hourly Essential functions Communicating with customers by phone, through email and virtual meetings to ensure their needs are understood, addressed, and opportunities are uncovered and follow through to closure. Building strong customer relationships to maintain current business and expand into new categories in existing customers where applicable Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the customer’s needs Make a minimum of 50 call attempts/logged calls to keep customers engaged and informed. Acting as the customer’s representative to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience Collecting and analyzing data concerning customer behavior to understand changing needs Additional Responsibilities Always take responsibility for the safety of self and others Take responsibility to eliminate accidents, injuries & hazards at all times Observe and act in accordance with all applicable laws & regulations & company policies Other duties/projects as assigned Experience/Skills Four-year college degree in business or equivalent experience Reasoning ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and involved written or oral instructions.
