We are currently seeking an experienced individual to fill the position of Maintenance Administrative Coordinator for our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate to join our team is an individual who is invested in finding a position within our maintenance department where knowledge, accuracy, work ethic and experience is valued.
Responsibilities:
- The Maintenance Administrative Coordinator administers, coordinates and oversees the execution of the maintenance activities.
- Maintain communications with property managers on projects and property maintenance problems.
- Follow up with maintenance personnel to ensure work is complete.
- Effectively manage and execute work schedules.
- Administration of time sheets and entry of work orders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years maintenance experience.
- Dispatching experience preferred.
- Must successfully complete a security clearance.
