SALARY: CIRCA $75,000 - $80,000 INCLUDING SUPER + BONUS OPPORTUNITY

GrainCorp are seeking a Maintenance Administrator, for a permanent position based at our Narrabri offices. The role will provide administrative support for the Maintenance Manager and maintenance team. The responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Assisting with the administration for the stores warehouse
  • Assisting with purchasing and creating purchase orders
  • Tracking invoices and working with the internal AP team to ensure vendors are paid as per terms
  • Maintain and monitor the SAP system supporting maintenance
  • Assisting the team to compile maintenance reports
  • Administrative project work as required
  • Coordinating training for staff
