Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Administrator to support the daily operations of the maintenance department. This role is responsible for coordinating work orders, maintaining maintenance records, scheduling preventive maintenance activities, tracking inventory and parts, and supporting communication between operations, vendors, and maintenance personnel. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in administrative systems, familiar with industrial parts and equipment, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Create, update, and manage maintenance work orders and service requests. - Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment files, and preventive maintenance schedules. - Coordinate scheduling for maintenance technicians, contractors, and vendors. - Track maintenance inventory, spare parts, tools, and supplies. - Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and maintenance-related documentation. - Support compliance with safety, GMP, OSHA, and company policies. - Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory documentation. - Communicate effectively with production, sanitation, quality, and maintenance teams. - Monitor and follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion. - High school diploma or GED required. - 2+ years of administrative experience in maintenance, manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environments. - Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Experience using maintenance tracking systems. - Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. - Must be able to manage changing priorities associated with a fast-paced, team environment - Weekly pay with direct deposit - Health insurance - Various supplemental insurance policies available after 90-day introductory period - Life insurance available after completion of 90-day introductory period - 401-K retirement plan available after one year of employment - Option to participate in uniform program - Annual bonus incentives
