The Maintenance Aide performs semi-skilled maintenance duties related to electrical, heating, mechanical and plumbing systems and building equipment. Performs a variety of duties related to the general maintenance of the Retirement Residence and may assist with construction projects. Responsibilities

The Maintenance Aide is responsible for performing semi-skilled maintenance duties across electrical, heating, mechanical, and plumbing systems, as well as general upkeep of the Retirement Residence. This role also involves ensuring resident repair needs are serviced promptly and performing preventative maintenance.
