Description Position: Handyman/Maintenance Type: Hourly, Full-Time, Non-Exempt Compensation: $21-$23/hr + ($100 per paycheck auto allowance) Benefits: Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick) Equity Shares (ESOP) Schedule: Monday–Friday (7:00am-3:30pm) and occasional weekends as needed Key Responsibilities: Perform general property maintenance and repair work. Complete tasks such as: Tile work and repairs Stucco repairs Painting (interior and exterior) Plumbing maintenance Electrical maintenance Minor concrete work Rough carpentry (e.g., wall framing) Drywall installation, patching, and floor moulding installation Use own tools (drills, hand tools, etc.) to complete assigned jobs. Travel to various job sites within Sacramento, Fair Oaks, and Rancho Cordova areas. Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in handyman or general maintenance work. Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently. Tools required (drills, hand tools). Valid CA Driver’s License (required). Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred). Important Qualities: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Professional work ethic and reliability. Ability to work in various environments, both indoors and outdoors. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
